marketing range of its products and a great expectation percentage (%)
of the oil and the food items business market in South Sudan expecting
to sell to huge number of retailers and whole sellers in South Sudan.
Esta Abang Business Center is ready and actually started training a
number of 200 women members to learn new skills in cooking oil and
food production to grantee the availability of skillful working hands and
best quality flow and developing our community members to be tools
of change for better living style.

hands to cover the needs of our local market and development and

Beginners Course Stage One
From the first step of establishing our Company we are so interested in
training our labor hands to guarantee a first class products and up to date
Services, our theme: the sky is our limit, due to this we are performing this
training for our new members whom will be joining the new product line for food
items, food processing and food packaging.
Food processing is a very important course for those whom are going to work in
the field of food production to have a day to day experience and keep up
knowledge of what they are doing and how it supposed to be done.
The Course contents are:
Introduction to food ingredients
How to prepare healthy food?
What kind of food stuffs we need in daily bases?
How to keep food items for the rare seasons?
How to make use of what is available in our environment?
The basic knowledge about baking
Fringe and drying
Back aging

Target groups:
women and school dropout youth
women seller in local markets
food seller in the schools
youth whom having interest in food business the new employees in the production line in the company
we provide certificates for our trainees and chances of employment for those
whom are interested to join our production line.
The course duration:
ten days for the beginners
five days for the advance course
three days for refreshing course
Food processing:
food processing is a wide issue that can be taught for years but, here we are
taking a glimpse at the easiest part of simple skills that will help us to deal
with the daily need and how to prepare healthy food for our families and our
customers in a modern way the matches with world famous recipes using
what is available and easy to reach ingredients

The course will be targeting 200 women and youth males to balance the family
members so in future they will be a start for forming a corporation for the
productive families to support themselves and enhance the healthy products
in the local market and help applying a healthy feeding habits in their
communities.
Timing and starting:
The timing and starting will be specified by the beneficiaries after the
registration to match the vacant time so it will not affect the rate of
attendance and they are the ones to decide when it will occur either evening
of in the morning hours.
The Training Methods:
As far as most of the beneficiaries may be not full educated, we use a modern
method of the 7 bowels so they get the knowledge well and master it properly
As much as all the training will be practical we divide the groups into 5s to
make easy for the beneficiaries to get along with the training and make it
understandable and easy to copy the skills.
The Out Come of the Training:
After the 10 days of the training we will be having a skilled trainee who knows
the basic knowledge about food ingredence, food values, food preparation in
modern methods, ingredence measures, pricing by kg, packaging and
marketing the products
There will be a ceremony for certification and a show for the products as a
documentary for our activities.
